Scott A. Bohner, B.A., Chief Financial Officer
(CFO)
Scott Bohner has been CFO of the entire KePRO family of
companies, including HealthQuest, since 2005. He oversees all financial
efforts, including accounting, facility operation, and contract administration.
Mr. Bohner is responsible for creating finance policies and for all banking,
investment, and insurance activities.
From 2001 until 2005, he served as the Director of Finance, overseeing the
Finance Department by managing accounting, budgeting, and payroll. Mr. Bohner
has over 19 years of finance and accounting experience, primarily within public
accounting and the healthcare industry. He previously held the position of
Finance Director with the Pennsylvania Bar Institute from 1994-2001, and served
in various accounting positions of increasing responsibility with Capital
Health System in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Bohner is best characterized by his uncompromising integrity and ethical
standards. It is imperative that he maintains the trust and confidence of all
constituents. He has broad knowledge of corporate finance functions, and a
comprehensive understanding of general business practices. More than just
reporting numbers, he possesses the interpretive and problem-solving abilities
critical to the financial success of any organization.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg
University. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and the
National Contract Management Association.
