Joseph A. Dougher, MBA - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Joe Dougher is the Chief Executive Officer of KePRO's entire family of companies, including its commercial business, HealthQuest. As CEO, he directs and manages the organization to ensure the ongoing corporate viability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction of high quality services, and profitable results.

Mr. Dougher implements the organization's strategic goals and objectives and gives direction to senior management staff in order to achieve the organization's philosophy, mission, and strategy. Under Joe's leadership, HealthQuest has expanded to offer a complete line of integrated health management services that advance the efficiency and quality of healthcare.

Mr. Dougher is a dynamic leader with strong negotiating skills, clear, financially sound vision, and excellent leadership and communication skills. He has been with KePRO for 12 years, rapidly advancing to the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2001 then CEO in 2004.

Mr. Dougher was nominated for both the National Up and Comers Award in 2006 and the Central Penn Business Journal's Forty and Under Award; both awards recognize the achievements of prominent young business executives. He received his Master of Business Administration from Penn State University; he also received his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State.
