Donald Harrop, M.D. - President and Chairman

Donald Harrop, MD, is the President and Founding Director of KePRO, as well as the Chairman of HealthQuest, a KePRO company. Since 1985, he has overseen the expansion of the company's business lines, including the acquisition of HealthQuest in 1997. Dr. Harrop also serves as Chairman of the Board of Ohio KePRO, the Medicare quality improvement organization for the State of Ohio.

He is a vocal advocate of improving the overall quality of healthcare, and is active in many medical affairs initiatives. Dr. Harrop is a past president of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, and past speaker of the Society's House of Delegates. He is an Honorary Life Member and past president of the Pennsylvania State Coroners Association, a member and past president of the International Association of Coroners and Medical Examiners, and a member of the American Society of Law and Medicine, to name a few of his affiliations. 

Dr. Harrop received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and was a Captain in the U.S. Army Medical Corp in Germany.
